If you have any questions, ask me, and to an extent yes. If we go off topic a bit you don't need to delete any posts or anything but if someone just posts "1" random smiley that doesn't have to do with anything (It has to relate to what they are saying) then you may delete the post. Also, you can move stuff when needed, and if topics really have no use you can move them to the junkyard. If you see someone swearing then change the letters of the word to asterisks (*) and if they say sexual content or something that wouldn't be appropriate for all users then you may change their post to "post has been deleted".
