Spamming Rules/Anti-Rules

what i mean by no strict rules about spamming is essentially that if you go off topic, I won't mind, even though on chim's site for example, it would be considered spam. Check this http://randomness.omgforum.net/links-f12/do-not-post-your-mynk-levels-here-t46.htm it's totally off topic, and it's on a sticky! But that's ok. And no, for spamming I won't ban u, unless it's REALLY SERIOUS (but I doubt any1 will.
